Denver Showings Are UP!

My listings are experiencing an increased number of showings. Prestige Real Estate showings are also way up over previous week and the momentum is moving forward.
Here’s what increased showing activity means to you as a Buyer &/or Seller:
1. If you’re home is listed and you are not getting showings – we need a new pricing strategy to improve your position.
2. For your listings getting showings and no offers, same as above – we need a new pricing strategy.
3. If you are thinking of listing your home – the marketing we are doing is creating increased traffic and we should list your home as soon as possible. There are plenty of buyers coming into the market. Now’s the time to list to avoid lots of springtime competition.
4. For buyers looking for homes under $400,000: the increased traffic will absorb the few listings in lower prices below $400k and the prices will begin to raise beginning with lowered priced homes
5. For buyers over $400k: the increased showing activity will start to raise the price of lower priced homes that will catch up to the upper price ranges over the year.
6. For buyers over $750k: Now is the perfect time to buy homes above $750K, as you can get a discount off of fair market value, low interest rates and potential for appreciation over the next few years.
